Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is situated in a trendy environment, not far from the old town of Strasbourg, offering quick access to the city center via the nearby tram. It is well equipped with bars, restaurants, a shopping mall, and a cinema. The rooms are clean and quiet, but there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the air.
The hotel's rooms were nice and big, perfect for two people on a city break. However, there were water issues with low pressure and only hot water in the tap which caused a leakage to the toilet side. The location was convenient with a tram stop right in front, offering access to complementary beverages and food items 24/7, and close to nice restaurants and a shopping mall. The dining experience was wonderful with a lovely selection, and the facilities were modern and well-equipped.
The hotel is like a cozy living room offering coffee and snacks all day, well-equipped with bars, restaurants, a shopping mall, and a cinema, just across the tramway stop 'Churchill. ' The rooms are extremely silent, comfortable, and clean, perfect for storing luggage and clothes; however, the shower door leaked and the room felt a bit cold at times.
The hotel had nicely decorated rooms, but a bit small without much space for luggage. The location was convenient with easy access to the city center via tram, although a bit far from the center. The dining options were simple but sufficient, and the service was pleasant with amenities like dry cleaning and a welcome drink. Overall, a good choice for a short stay with a few drawbacks to consider.
